Yeti Airlines Unveils Fresh Look for App and Website
Looking to revamp their booking website and build a new mobile app, Yeti Airlines & EKbana collaborated to create a seamless application for user convenience. The main requirement was to build a user-friendly mobile app for iOS and Android platforms with the main focus on real-time Booking of tickets.
Obstacles Tackled
- To create an intuitive UI to encourage passengers to book flight tickets.
- Build the platform to be user-friendly and efficient.
- Create a system able to handle thousands of requests per minute.
- Implement multiple payment gateways
Solutions
- We closely worked with the team at Yeti Airlines for finalizing the design and flow of the app.
- We researched different aviation-related solutions to provide the best possible flow.
- We watched the server's response to the traffic and implemented load balancers. Also, we monitor the server to prevent any downtime or get notified when issues are encountered.
- The payment gateways were thoroughly tested pre-deployment and closely watched after live deployment. The potential failure of ticket booking and payment was identified and mitigated.
