Making meditation interesting
People can use the following app to meditate daily with streaks. The admin of the system can control the system using backend functionalities. They can also view free videos without signing on or without a subscription. The app (iOS and Android) and Web contains meditation videos that can be viewed by logged-in users.
Obstacles Tackled
- Android app was previously developed in Lua programming language, which our team was not familiar with.
- Difficulties in Family Share feature implementation
- Complications in Google Assistant and Google Fit implementation.
- Submission of Application in PlayStore due to the presence of the previous application.
Solutions
- Started from scratch using a new programming language (Kotlin).
- Communicated with Apple Dev Support to resolve the Family Share limitations and issues.
- Omitted the Google Features completely as every Android brand has its custom applications to achieve this feature.
- Permanently took down the older app and had to re-submit our new application under a new package name.
